Graze on tasty tapas, sip your way through an array of interesting wines by the glass, or slip into a corner and put the world to rights with a dish of olives and a glass of Manzanilla, surrounded by eclectic artwork and modernist design icons. In Untitled’s bar you can lose yourself for an hour or two whilst indulging in daily-changing tapas, such as Prawns in olive oil, White Bean and Chorizo Stew and Goat’s Cheese Tortilla.


By combining spaces for informal eating and fine dining, Untitled offers the best of both worlds.  Make your way upstairs past a wall of cookery books to an oasis of culinary creativity overlooking Penzance harbour. 


Chef Robert Wright combines the freshest Cornish ingredients with Spanish, French and North African influences and a refreshingly rustic touch. The menu might include River Fowey Oysters with Merguez Sausage, whole Megrim Sole with Crab Butter or Penwith Lamb Loin with Anchovy and Rosemary.  At Untitled Restaurant, enjoy seriously good food and wine, delivered with a touch of playfulness and flair.
